Still Stands

This is Minster Cathedral in York. There was first a roman fort, older cathedral that burnt down, and then they built the big cathedral, which is still here. You can take a tour of the basement and see all of the layers starting with the roman fort. If you ever go there you really need to go into the basement. Super cool. TTFN BJ

I know it's not your thing, but SO MANY of these English building shots would be just dazzling in black and white. You should alter it with Picasa and then re-post--maybe under the original?
