Fort Pickens

This was a great old fort. They had tunnels under the walls of the fort that they made and loaded it with black powder in case the enemy got on the walls they would blow the wall up. Well there was a fire and a part of the black powder went off. They had brick landing 1.5 miles away and a huge part of the wall no longer ingested. Boom. OOps. This was also the fort that they kept Geronimo captive in for 20 years. It's getting late TTFN BJ

Well it got a bit cold here I had to wear a jacket. Tee Hee. We went to Juniper Springs yesterday. It's a natural springs that you can swim in. It was cold but crystal clear water. There were alot of little fish in the springs. When I snorkled Pennycamp on the Keys the wind had come up and it was mirky. I still saw some fish though becase I'm pretty good at knowing where to look. There were 2 fish having a border dispute. It was fun to watch. Big huggs all around. TTFN BJ

In FL Keys now

Well we are in the Key now and it is warm and humid but not to bad. David saw a really funny bumper sitcker that said " We don't do skinny dipping, we do Chunky Dunky. " I love it. At the everglades park we say lots of alligators and birds and yes I shot alot of picutres. I'm posting more that one at a time to get them all out. Big hugs to all TTFN BJ

Hi Me Again

Well we have done all of the Disny World areas. It was great but tiring. Today was the extra day and we went back to the Animal World. This time we didn't worry about rides all I did was take pictures of the animals. Then we went to the Disney shopping area that had a movie theater and we saw Rango. It was so fun and wird another Dilts type movie. TTFN BJ

Did Magic Kingdom

The interesting thing about the Magic Kingdom Is that alot of the rides are closer together but the rides are not as long. I personaly think that the rides are better in CA. The weather here us great, but a little cool today I have to wear my sweatshirt in the morning. Ma ha ha ha ha. Oh I'm getting a tan line on my feet from wearing flipflops all the time. Ma ha ha ha ha. I'm I having fun or what. They always have fun things to say when your going on the tram back to the car. The one I like best is "Please fold up all strollers, the children would appreciate it if you take them out first." When your tired after a long day at the park that's really funny. TTFN BJ

A Wonderful Day

Today we were at Disney Wildlife. They have some very fun rides. The first one we went on was Mt Everest. You go forward at the start but because the Yetti tore up the tracks you are then switched to going backwards, then forward again. On the River rapids it 2 times through to get completely soaked. There are a number on areas where you can see animals. We were at the gorilla encloseure when the male ran towards the people beating his chest. Now that was impressive. They also had a baby groillla that was cute. TTFN BJ

Having Fun

We went to Disney Hollywood today and had a great time. We saw Fantazmic whitch is a great evening show. Parts of it are relected projections on water spray. The car stunt show was sooo cool. They were spinning all over the stage and pricision driving. Talk about sliding into a parking space between 2 cars. They had a realy fun Indiana Jones Stunt show that was great. Then there was the roller coaster that went all over the place. It started 0 to 60 mph in a few seconds. All other shows were great. TTFN BJ

on the move

Well we are on our way. The first night we stayed in the car for the night. When we woke up there was frost on the windows. The fun part was that the frost was on the inside of the car window. That made for fun window cleaning. Now we are in southern texas and it is alot warmer. Have to go now TTFN BJ
